Ericka has been part of the early Steps team since 2022 in her role of service coordinator. Mrs. Plough Almestar is a former math teacher who moved from San Francisco, California to SW Florida with her family in 2021. She feels honored to help children from a different position and expects to offer the best possible service to the families in her care.

Anileidy Perry, SC
Service Coordinator
Anileidy has worked as a service coordinator for Early Steps since 2017. She now also serves as a service coordinator trainer and SITT service coordinator (Lee County children entering the program after 32 months old). Anileidy graduated with a Master's Degree in Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health with a concentration in developmental disabilities. She is also bilingual.

Nadine Verdura, ITDS
Infant-Toddler Developmental Specialist
Nadine has been an ITDS for 20+ years. She holds a B.A. in psychology and has background in providing ABA related services to children. She has worked in a variety of settings, such as outpatient, families' homes, and her surrounding community. Nadine really enjoys coaching caregivers and is always ready to volunteer for opportunities such as mentorship or training for assessments to share what she has learned with co-workers.

Meghan Burbach, PT
Physical Therapist
Meghan graduated in 2011 with a doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has worked in pediatrics most of her career including the outpatient setting, medical daycare, and early intervention. She loves helping families learn how to be their child's best teacher and celebrate each day's little milestones!
