Service Coordinator

Eris Rodriguez has been part of the Early Steps team as a service coordinator since 2022. She holds a bachelor's degree in Community Health and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Eris has a son who was born at 26 weeks premature, and he is her inspiration for helping other families through her role at ES. She loves spending quality time with her family and is very excited to help other parents achieve their goals!

Cindy Godoy, OT

Occupational Therapist

Cindy has over 15 years of experience in case management. She is skilled in care coordination, discharge planning, community visits, and providing referrals and resources.

Callie Griffin, SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Callie has been a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) since 2020 and began working with Early Steps in 2021. Prior to becoming an SLP, she worked as an SLP-A, a special education teacher, and a dance teacher. Callie has always had a passion for working with children. She loves being part of Early Steps, where she helps families engage more with their children and gain confidence in using the skills they already have to support their child's success!

Carol Patton, OT

Occupational Therapist

Carol has 25+ years of pediatric experience in a wide variety of settings, both hospital and home health. Love working in Early Intervention with Early Steps team and families. Primary focus on supporting families with premature babies and children with motor development, feeding and sensory related issues...love being a part of seeing them learn and play and grow...celebrating those successes along the way!
