Cindy has been working with Early Steps since 2017. She currently provides Occupational Therapy services in Collier County and also serves as a Team Leader for the program. She is bilingual and is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Hilda Bernhard, ITDS
Infant-Toddler Developmental Specialist
Hilda has been working with Early Steps since 2005 as a Coordinator and ITDS. She previously worked as an ESA Pre-K teacher for three years in Collier County. Hilda earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master of Science degree from Nova University. She enjoys working with parents in the natural environment, coaching them to build confidence and support their children’s development during the first years of life.
