Early Intervention Programs
From birth to age three, the earliest years shape a lifetime. HPC connects Southwest Florida families to evaluation, therapy, and support – right where children grow.
Helping every child reach their potential, early.
Early intervention gives infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities the best possible start. Through Early Steps and a family of connected services, our team partners with caregivers to build skills into everyday routines, at home and in the community. Learn about each program below, or make a referral to get started today.
