Our Mission
HPCSWF Infant Mental Health Program’s central aim is to promote the mental wellbeing and healthy development of infants throughout the region, taking into account cultural, regional, and environmental variations, and to support and strengthen Infant Mental Health knowledge and supports.
General Organization, Content Areas, and Activities Content areas that guide members in accomplishing HPCSWF’s goals include the following:
- Healthy Development of infants and their families
- Identification of infant and toddlerhood Mental Health needs
- Interventions, both preventive and therapeutic
- Parent and caregiver education
- Professional education and knowledge exchange
- Social and public policy
