What is the S.P.R.O.U.T. program?
A champion for the healthy development of preschool children.
Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida (ELC) in partnership with Health Planning Council of Southwest Florida Inc. (HPC) since 2022 have provided Preschool Mental Health Consultation. In-part due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback from preschool providers, the program has expanded to provide more types of support to preschools, their students, and families.
Expanded Service include:
- Outreach, Resources
- Infant/Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS) consultants
- ITDS Playgroups
- GAP program
- Preschool Mental Health Consultation
- Early Steps Evaluations, and Early Steps Specialist Consultations
