Anileidy has worked as a service coordinator for Early Steps since 2017. She now also serves as a service coordinator trainer and SITT service coordinator (Lee County children entering the program after 32 months old). Anileidy graduated with a Master’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health with a concentration in developmental disabilities. She is also bilingual.
