Carol has over 25 years of pediatric experience in a wide variety of settings, including both hospital and home health care. She loves working in early intervention with the Early Steps team and families. Her primary focus is supporting families with premature babies and children who have motor development, feeding, and sensory-related challenges. She finds great joy in being part of their journey—seeing them learn, play, grow, and celebrating their successes along the way!
