Eris Rodriguez has been part of the Early Steps team as a service coordinator since 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Health and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Eris has a son who was born at 26 weeks premature, and he is her inspiration for helping other families through her role at ES. She loves spending quality time with her family and is very excited to help other parents achieve their goals!
