Hilda has been working with Early Steps since 2005 as a Coordinator and ITDS. She previously worked as an ESA Pre-K teacher for three years in Collier County. Hilda earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master of Science degree from Nova University. She enjoys working with parents in the natural environment, coaching them to build confidence and support their children’s development during the first years of life.
