The County Health Profiles are produced annually. The Health Planning Council of Southwest Florida along with 11 health councils around the state of Florida have developed County Profiles for each county in their area.
These profiles provide an overall snapshot of the current health and well-being of the county. County Health Profiles are a helpful tool for public officials, community partners, and those who reside/work in the county.
