The Southwest Florida Healthcare Coalition is seeking qualified video production companies to provide comprehensive video production services for a series of six (6) short educational videos focused on pediatric preparedness. These videos will be used to educate healthcare providers, community members, and families on best practices for pediatric emergency preparedness.

The Health Planning Council of Southwest Florida, Inc., in collaboration with Big Bend Health Council and WellFlorida Council, Inc., is pleased to announce that the following agencies have been granted funding for the development or expansion of Diabetes Self-Management Education programs for 2022/23:
We received a great number of applications this year. We were pleased to see so much interest in the program and enjoyed reviewing all of the applications. It was very difficult to select the applications to fund with so many great programs across the state. We will be issuing another application for funding in the summer of 2023, and we hope that many of the agencies who were not funded this round will reapply. In the meantime, we will be sharing educational materials related to diabetes self-management education throughout the year.
